About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

St. I. - In the Section III of appendix 1 to the Law on regulation of business activity by permission No. 160/2011 (2011, Art. No. 170-175, 494), with subsequent changes, line item 34 to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

St. II. - In the Law on the electric power No. 107/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 193-203, 413), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In part (1) Article 7:

add part with the Items f-1) and g-1)-g-3) of the following content:

"f-1) develops and approves Regulations on issue, prolongation, renewal, suspension, renewal of action and withdrawal of permissions by the Agency;";

"g-1) develops and approves the Minimum regulations of safety in case of operation of electroinstallations and performs monitoring of their observance;

g-2) develops and approves the Minimum regulations of operation of electroinstallations of not residential customers and performs monitoring of their observance;

g-3) develops and approves the Minimum regulations of operation of power plants and power supply networks;";

in Item j) words "The law on regulation of business activity by permission No. 160 from on July 22, 2011" shall be replaced with words "the provision approved by the Agency,";

in Item k) words "The law on regulation of business activity by permission" shall be replaced with words "the provision approved by the Agency,";

add part with the Items k-1)-k-4) of the following content:

"k-1) issues, suspends or withdraws the permissions issued to the authorized electricians and performs monitoring of activities of the authorized electricians based on the provision approved by the Agency;

k-2) issues, suspends or withdraws the permissions issued to electrotechnical laboratories and performs monitoring of their activities based on the provision approved by the Agency;
