Article 1. Bring in the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 1999 the following changes:

1. In Item 7 of Article 42:

after paragraph two to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"absences from work in connection with serving of administrative punishment in the form of the administrative detention interfering execution of labor obligations;";

after the paragraph of the fifth to add Item with paragraphs of the following content:

"compulsions of workers to participation in strike, creations to other workers of obstacles for accomplishment of their labor obligations, appeal of workers to the termination of accomplishment of labor obligations without valid excuse;

participations of the worker in illegal strike, and also in case of other forms of refusal of the worker of accomplishment of labor obligations (fully or partially) without valid excuse;".

2. State Article 46 in the following edition:

"Article 46. Termination of the employment contract at the initiative of the employer from the prior notice of labor union or the consent of labor union

Termination of the employment contract at the initiative of the employer (Article 42, except Item 3, of paragraphs of the third, fourth, sixth or eighth Item 7) is made after preliminary, but not later than two weeks of the notification of the relevant labor union.

Termination of the employment contract in the case provided by the paragraph the sixth Item 7 of Article 42 of this Code is made with the simultaneous notification (in day of dismissal) the relevant labor union.
