Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 1999 No. 340-Z "About the state protection of judges, officials of the law-enforcement and controlling (supervising) bodies, the staff of body of the state protection" the following changes:
1. To state the name of the Law in the following edition:
"About the state protection".
2. State preamble in the following edition:
"This Law installs system of measures of the state protection of life, health and property of judges, officials of the law-enforcement and controlling (supervising) bodies, the military personnel and faces of civil personnel of body of the state protection, Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus, their relatives, other persons who are subject to the state protection in connection with infringement of their safety and also is directed to creation of proper conditions for administration of law, fight against crimes and other offenses, execution of court decrees and other executive documents.".
