About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About telecommunication"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2005 No. 45-Z "About telecommunication" the following changes:
1. In Article 1:
after the paragraph of the twelfth to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:
"restriction of functioning of networks of telecommunication and the means of telecommunication entering into them - reducing time and (or) amounts of use of networks of telecommunication and means of telecommunication entering them attached to network of telecommunication of general use (change of operating modes of means of telecommunication, amounts of the rendered services of telecommunication, including ensuring access to Internet resources);";
after the paragraph of the eighteenth to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:
"suspension of functioning of networks of telecommunication and the means of telecommunication entering into them - the temporary termination of use of networks of telecommunication and the means of telecommunication entering them attached to network of telecommunication public;".
2. Third Article 91 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"makes the decisions obligatory for execution of telecommunication by operators and other participants of the market of services of telecommunication, concerning rendering services of telecommunication, suspension or restriction of functioning of networks of telecommunication and the means of telecommunication entering them;".
3. The ninth Article 13 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"management of telecommunication public of network for the benefit of homeland security, public order, protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, and also in case of emergency situations, introduction of emergency or warlike situation;".
4. Add the Law with article 211 of the following content:
