About introduction of amendments to the Law "About the Investigative Committee"

Article 1. In article 32 of the Law of May 19, 2014 No. ZR-25 "About the Investigative Committee":

Item 1 of part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1) in case of initiation of criminal prosecution concerning person holding autonomous position in the Investigative Committee - in the cases established by the law and procedure;";

To state 2) to part 2-4 in the following edition:

"2. In case, stipulated in Item 2 parts of 1 this Article, power of the chairman of the Investigative Committee and its deputies are stopped by person whose competence includes their position assignment.

3. In case, stipulated in Item 2 parts of 1 this Article, power of other employees of the Investigative Committee are stopped by the chairman of the Investigative Committee.

4. During suspension of powers of the employee of the Investigative Committee in case, stipulated in Item 2 parts of 1 this Article, its salary remains.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
