Article 1. Bring in the Maritime Code of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 1999 the following changes:

1. 1, of Items 1 and 7 of Article 7, of Articles 9 and 13, 33, Article parts two 53, Article parts one 55, of part one item 4 of Article 57, Article parts three 68, Articles 76, Article parts two 77, of parts one and the fourth Article 79, Article parts two 107, Article parts one 124, of Articles 142, 172 and 204, parts two of Article 280 and part three of Article 306 of the word "Republic of Belarus" to exclude Article parts one from Article part two paragraph two.

2. In Article 2:

in paragraph seven of the word "technical supervision" and "in time" to replace respectively with the words "technical observation" and "in process";

after the paragraph of the twenty fourth to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:

3. In Article 4:

to exclude from the name of Article and part three of the word "Republic of Belarus";

in parts one of the word "Legislation of the Republic of Belarus" and "legislations of the Republic of Belarus" to replace respectively with the words "Legislation" and "legislations";

in word part two of "the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word "legislations".
