About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 No. 1548 and of June 30, 2015 No. 460

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 No. 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 21, Art. 596; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 52, Art. 3452; 2007, No. 88, Art. 3221; 2012, No. 96, the Art. 3874) and of June 30, 2015 No. 460 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 54, the Art. 1755) changes which are applied.

2. Provide to the public air service according to the international obligations of Ukraine according to the Law of Ukraine "About accession of Ukraine to the Multilateral agreement about payment of route charges" publication of single rates of service fee on aeronautical servicing of flights of aircrafts in the collection of aeronautical information of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective since November 1, 2021.

1. 2 appendices to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 to state the paragraph of the sixth of the subitem "b" of Item to No. 1548 in the following edition:
