About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning the executed resolutions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the following changes:

1. In part seven of Article 258 of the word of "three days from the date of pronouncement of such resolution" shall be replaced with words also in figures "fifteen days from the date of pronouncement of such resolution, except the case provided by part seven of Article 279-1 of this Code".

2. The seventh Article 279-1 to state part in the following edition:

"The resolution on imposing of administrative punishment which was not executed by payment of 50 percent of the size of penalty within ten days from the date of its removal goes to the responsible person specified in part one of Article 14-2-of this Code, the registered mail with the notification the address of place of registration (accommodation) of physical person (the location of the legal entity). According to the address of person the resolution on imposing of administrative punishment which is considered executed goes the registered mail to its address within five days from the moment of receipt of the address".

3. The second Article 291 to add part with words and figures "or during its accomplishment in the cases provided by part one of Article 300-1 of this Code".
