About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" and some laws of Ukraine concerning settlement of single questions of legal status of staff of Service of judicial protection

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 31, Art. 545 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. Add Article 105 with Item 5-1 of the following content:

"5-1) training of staff of Service of judicial protection and increase in level of their qualification".

2. In Article 150:

to add part one after words of "Public judicial administration of Ukraine" with the words "Services of Judicial Protection";

the fifth after words of "Public judicial administration of Ukraine" to add part with words of "the central governing body of Service of judicial protection", and after words of "the employee of territorial administration of Public judicial administration of Ukraine" - words of "the employee of territorial subdivision of Service of judicial protection";

in part eight of the word "and Public judicial administration of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "Public judicial administration of Ukraine and Service of judicial protection".

3. The sixth Article 161 to state part in the following edition:

"6. Territorial subdivisions of Service of judicial protection are formed as legal entities".

4. Add with Article 162-1 of the following content:

"Article 162-1. Legal status of employees of Service of judicial protection

1. Treat the staff of Service of judicial protection person who gives the special ranks of staff of Service of judicial protection, the government employees and persons which signed the employment contract with Service of judicial protection.
