About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2016 No. 31

Based on paragraphs of the fourteenth and sixteenth of part one of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2016 No. 354-Z "About industrial safety" and subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 756, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2016 No. 31 "About some questions of preparation and examination concerning industrial safety" the following changes:

state the name in the following edition:

"About preparation and examination concerning industrial safety";

in preamble:

shall be replaced with words words of "2016" "2016 No. 354-Z";

exclude the words "About Some Questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations";

in Item 1:

to exclude the word "enclosed" from paragraph one;
