1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in part two of Item 12 of the Instruction on procedure for the treatment of ozone-depleting substances approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2008 No. 122, of the word "the techniques of accomplishment of measurements which are metrological certified and allowed to use, by means of the gages which underwent the state metrological supervision and metrological control" shall be replaced with words "techniques (methods) of measurements which underwent certification according to the procedure, the established legislation on ensuring unity of measurements by means of the measuring instruments which underwent the state checking and (or) calibration according to the legislation on ensuring unity of measurements";
