About increase in the sizes of insurance part of pensions in 2006

According to tasks of National strategy of reducing poverty and for the purpose of further support of living standards of pensioners of the republic I decide:

1. Increase since May 1, 2006 the sizes of insurance part of pensions in the way:

- increases in 1,3 of time of the sizes of the correction coefficients established by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About correction coefficients to the salary for calculation of pensions";

- establishments of limit of the average monthly salary for calculation of the first insurance part of the pension estimated according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" in the amount of 2000 (two thousand) som;

- establishments of the lower level of the average monthly salary for calculation of the sizes of pensions in the amount of 150 (hundred fifty) som.

2. The amounts of increase in pensions, allowances to pensions which are earlier established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the compensation payments established according to the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About compensation payments to pensioners in connection with increase in rates for electrical energy" of May 5, 2002 No. 105, are not subject to change in connection with the recalculation of the sizes of pensions following from this Decree.

3. To provide to social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic timely recalculation of pensions and their payment in new sizes in the terms established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- develop and introduce the relevant bill following from this Decree in Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Decree.

5. To impose control of execution of this Decree on department of strategic development and examination of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
