2. To committee of industrial development of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to notify:

1) Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan about ensuring control in case of interaction with the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on realization of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) Committee of transport of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and "Kazakstan National Company Tem_r Zhola" Joint-stock company (under approval) about application of measures for realization of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
