I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 2, 2019 No. 612 "About approval of Rules of transportation of goods by railway transport" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 19188) the following changes and amendments:

"18-1. For the purpose of accounting and forming of the reporting on transportation of goods, all source accounting, reporting documents and books provided by these rules, and also established by carrier of the document form can be constituted in electronic form in the specialized automated system (further - SAS) including integrated with information systems of the National operator of infrastructure.

Acts of general form, the sheet of giving and cleaning of cars, instruction sheets of the acceptance inspector, the accumulative cards and other document forms intended for collection of charges and other payments, connected with transportations, established by these rules and the Tariff management (price list) of carrier can be constituted in electronic form with use of SAS including integrated with information systems of the National operator of infrastructure.

Approval and signing of documents can be made by means of EOD according to the agreements of the parties accepted between participants of transportation process, technology and standards of information exchange within the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the electronic document and the digital signature". At the same time, the document in electronic form is equivalent to the paper document.";
