For the purpose of support of the leading employees of cultural institutions and art of the Kyrgyz Republic which payment terms of work are determined by the Single scale of charges I decide:
1. Increase since July 1, 2006 official pay rates to the employees of cultural institutions and arts having honorary titles "The honored artist of the Kyrgyz Republic" and "The honored worker of culture of the Kyrgyz Republic" by 50 percent.
2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- dig up necessary resources for accomplishment of Item 1 of this Decree;
- bring the decisions into accord with this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
