About entering of amendment into the Law "About Public Service"

Article 1. No. ZR-206 "About public service" to add article 9 of the Law of March 23, 2018 with part 27 of the following content:
"27. In case of suspension of powers of the person, holding public position, in the cases established by the law and procedure within criminal prosecution body or the official whose competence includes its position assignment and dismissal appoints the acting as if the law does not provide other concerning execution of its obligations.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
