About modification and amendments in the Law "About Remuneration of Persons Holding the State Positions and Positions of Public Service"

Article 1. In part 6 of article 22 of the Law of December 12, 2013 No. ZR-157 "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service" word "of the temporary termination of continuance in office" shall be replaced with words "suspensions of powers".
Article 2. Part 2 of article 27 of the Law after the word of "idle time" to add with words of "suspension of powers within criminal prosecution".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
