About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 44, 66 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", to the Law of Ukraine of April 13, 2021 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather consumer loans granted in foreign currency" for the purpose of increase in effective management of banks of Ukraine of troubled assets the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: No. 1381-IX

1. No. 97 "About approval of the Regulations on the organization of process of management of troubled assets in banks of Ukraine" (with changes) to add Item 2 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 18, 2019 with the new subitem of the following content:

"3) till July 15, 2021 to develop/finish and implement processes of management of dormant assets taking into account requirements of the laws of Ukraine concerning restructuring of obligations of citizens of Ukraine on foreign currency loans.".

2. Item 106 of the Section VII of the Regulations on the organization of the process of management of troubled assets in banks of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 18, 2019 No. 97 (with changes) to replace with two new Items 106, of 106-1 following content:

"106. The bank perfroms calculation of ChTS with observance of the following:

1) the bank perfroms calculation of the expected cash flows according to internal procedures (provisions) establishing technique of assessment of the expected credit losses;
