About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2018, Art. No. 7-8, 490) the following changes:
regarding 1 Article 141:
a) to add Item 13 after words of "other payments" with words ", and also on the cases connected with imposing of collection for violation of the law in the field of traffic safety";
b) add part with Item 35-1 of the following content:
"35-1) authorized state body providing functions on realization of state policy in the field of archiving, registration of the population and vehicles and trail cars to them, special technological machines, driver's structure, acts of civil status, the rights to real estate, and its subordinated divisions and companies acting as claimants and defendants in all instances in the claims which are directly connected with accomplishment of functions and powers;".
This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
