About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, No. 156 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012:
to state the column "Name of Ministerial Procedure" of Item 3.30-1 in the following edition:
"3.30-1. Decision making about determination of purpose of the operated capital structure (the building, construction) (further - capital structure), the isolated rooms, the parking places belonging to the organizations formed as a result of reorganization of the organizations of water and sewer economy and also the organizations determined by the host party by objects of water and sewer economy within enhancement of management structure of water and sewer economy or about possibility of use of the operated capital structure to destination according to single classification of purpose of real estate units";

1.3. in appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 17, 2018 No. 740 "About the list of ministerial procedures, reception of applications and issue of decisions on which are performed through service "one window":
to state the column "Names of the Ministerial Procedures Performed according to the Legislation Local Executive and Administrative Organs (Their Structural Divisions)" of Item 136 in the following edition:
"136. Decision making about determination of purpose of the operated capital structure (the building, construction) (further - capital structure), the isolated rooms, the parking places belonging to the organizations formed as a result of reorganization of the organizations of water and sewer economy and also the organizations determined by the host party by objects of water and sewer economy within enhancement of management structure of water and sewer economy or about possibility of use of the operated capital structure to destination according to single classification of purpose of real estate units";

1.4. in the interlinear note "5" to appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2019 No. 767 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2019 No. 169" the words "located on lands public" shall be replaced with words "including the settlements which are underground, located on lands public, constructions on inland waterways, meliorative systems,".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
