About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning providing the right of citizens to access to state registration of acts of civil status in connection with enlargement of territorial communities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the subitem 5 of the Item of part one of article 38 of the Law of Ukraine "About local self-government in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 24, Art. 170 with subsequent changes) to exclude the words "except for executive bodies city (except the cities of regional value) councils".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of acts of civil status" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 38, the Art. 509):

1) in Article 4 part one:

in Item 2 of the word of "the cities of regional value" to exclude;

in Item 3 of the word "except the cities of regional value" to exclude;

To exclude 2) in part two of Article 6 and part two of Article 12 of the word "except the cities of regional value".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
