About modification and amendments in the Law "About Trade and Services"

Article 1. In the text of the Law of November 24, 2004 No. ZR-134 "About trade and services" (further - the Law) the word "petrogases" in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words "oil and hydrocarbon gases".
Article 2. To add article 9 of the Law with parts 17.1 and 17.2 of the following content:
"17.1. In Items of retail trade by the liquid fuel compressed natural or liquefied neftegazy or hydrocarbon gas the seller shall place on the fuel and distribution equipment information on the name, purpose of fuel (for household consumption or as motor fuel for road transport).
17.2. In Items of retail trade by liquid fuel the seller shall have the calibrated container and at the customer's request perform sale of liquid fuel by means of this container. Requirements to the calibrated container in Items of retail trade by liquid fuel, the procedure for their installation and application approves the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the 60th day after its official publication, except for parts 17.2, the stipulated in Article 2 Laws which becomes effective for the 60th day from the date of approval by the Government of requirements to the calibrated container in Items of retail trade by liquid fuel, procedure for their installation and application.
