According to Item 123 of the Actions plan on accomplishment of the State program of priming of economy for overcoming the negative effects caused by rationing arrangements on prevention of the origin and spread of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus for 2020-2022 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2020 No. 534, to the subitem 47 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 to No. 614 and Item 8 of the Procedure for development and the approval of standard rates of maximum permissible emissions of pollutants from stationary sources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2001 No. 1780, I ORDER:
1. Make the following changes to the Technological standard rates of admissible emissions of pollutants from the equipment (installation) for roasting and agglomeration of metal ores (including sulphidic ore) approved by the order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine of December 21, 2012 No. 671, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 2, 2013 for No. 3/22535:
1) in Item 1.6 of the Section I:
words and figures "till December 31, 2020" shall be replaced with words also in figures "till December 31, 2021";
2) in the Section II:
in the paragraph the second Item 2.1 of the word and figure "Since January 01, 2021" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Since January 01, 2022";
in paragraph five of Item 2.2 of the word and figures "Since January 01, 2021" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Since January 01, 2022";
