About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2021, No. 16, Art. 144; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of January 29, 2021 No. 1158-IX and of April 15, 2021 No. 1393-IX) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in the paragraph the second to replace figures "1.084.034.307,3" and "959.854.312,4" respectively with figures "1.097.546.646" and "973.366.651,1";

in paragraph three of figure "1.320.152.623,2", "1.183.857.335,"" and "136.295.287,5" to replace respectively with figures "1.335.162.571,9", "1.197.349.674,4" and "137.812.897,5";

in paragraph five of figure "19.102.293", "4.904.312,3" and "14.197.980,7" to replace respectively with figures "17.604.683", "4.924.312,3" and "12.680.370,7".

2. In article 5 of figure "2.544.899.928,5" to replace with figures "2.564.899.928,5".

3. To state Item 16 of Article 14 in the following edition:

"16) financial provision of actions for safety of traffic according to state programs in the amount of 2.385.791, thousand hryvnias and, as exception of provisions of Article 24-2 of the Budget code of Ukraine, on purchase of new trams for the cities of Dnieper and Kryvyi Rih in the amount of 1.200.000 thousand hryvnias and on development of utility infrastructure, including on acquisition of the utility equipment in the amount of 100.000 thousand hryvnias according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (in case of need with opening of new budget programs, including transfers to local budgets), approved with Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget (at the expense of the sources determined by Item 7 of article 12 of this Law)".
