About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on part (2) articles V of the Law No. 85/2020 on modification of some regulations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 161-164, 303) DECIDES: the Government

1. In Item 5-1 of the Order of the Government No. 827/2010 on the organization and functioning of bodies of probation (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 166-168, 907), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

The text of "285 units" to replace 1) with the text of "305 units";

1) the text of "51 units" to replace 2) in the subitem with the text of "53 units";

2) the text of "234 units" to replace 3) in the subitem with the text of "252 units".

2. In the Regulations on electronic surveillance of persons approved by the Order of the Government No. 1322/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 441-451, 1414), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. Electronic surveillance can be applied to:

1) to persons exempted from criminal penalty according to article 89 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002;

2) the convict moving without convoy or maintenance and/or performing short-term departure out of limits of penal institution according to articles 216 and 217 of the Executive code of the Republic of Moldova No. 443/2004;

3) to persons to whom the measure of restraint, with establishment of certain obligations or restrictions is applied;

4) to persons, suspects, persons accused or guilty of making of acts of spousal assault, and also to the victims or, depending on circumstances, to members of their families, for the purpose of check of observance of obligations aggressors.";
