1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 25, 2017 No. 382 "About approval of Rules of the organization of activities of security guard and patrol service of bodies of military police of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15556) the following changes:

The rules of the organization of activities of security guard and patrol service of bodies of military police of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to head department of military police of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Defence - the chief of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Bring this order to officials in the part concerning them.
