Add item 4 (1) orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 27, 2011 No. 797 "About interaction between the multipurpose centers of provision of the state and municipal services and federal executive bodies, bodies of state non-budgetary funds, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 40, Art. 5559; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7933) subitem "v" of the following content:
"c) obligation of federal executive bodies or their territorial authorities, bodies of state non-budgetary funds or their territorial authorities, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies to notify the authorized multipurpose centers on change of regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, subjects of the Russian Federation, the municipal regulatory legal acts governing the relations arising in connection with provision of the state and municipal services in the principle of "one window" in the multipurpose centers, no later than 5 working days after official publication of the regulatory legal acts making such changes, in any manner, date and the fact of obtaining by the authorized multipurpose center of the specified notification established in the agreement on interaction and allowing to confirm. If in connection with change of the regulatory legal acts regulating provision of the state and municipal services in the principle of "one window" change of the information and technological infrastructure providing interaction for provision of the state and municipal services is necessary, the procedure and terms of interaction between agreement parties about interaction until completion of information and technological infrastructure are determined by the federal executive bodies or their territorial authorities, bodies of state non-budgetary funds or their territorial authorities, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies in coordination with the authorized multipurpose center which are the parties of this agreement on interaction.".
