Part 3 of Article 4 to state 1) in the following edition:
"3. In the flooded pits and ponds (except for the ponds formed by water retaining constructions on waterways and with the water area more than 200 hectares if other is not provided by the Federal Laws), and also on the water objects used in the course of functioning of meliorative systems, fish-breeding sites are not allocated.";
Article 12 to add 2) with part 8 of the following content:
"8. The fish-breeding farms performing pond aquaculture (fish breeding) in the ponds formed by water retaining constructions on waterways and with the water area no more than 200 hectares represent according to the procedure, established by the authorized Government of the Russian Federation federal executive body, the reporting on release amount in water objects and withdrawal amount from water objects of objects of aquaculture.";
3) in Article 14:
a) regarding 2 words "for the purpose of preserving water biological resources" to exclude, add with words ", for the purpose of preserving water biological resources, and also use of such repair and uterine herds for implementation of commodity aquaculture (commodity fish breeding) of sturgeon species of fish";
b) state part 3 in the following edition:
