About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on the Law No. 909/1992 on social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 80-82, 413), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. The subitem 4) Item 2 of the Order of the Government No. 575/1992 on provision of privileges to the staff of divisions of extra risk, the patient with radiation sickness or become persons with limited opportunities (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1992, No. 9, the Art. 270), with subsequent changes, after words of "such opportunity" to add with the text "or in the presence of medical contraindications for sanatorium treatment according to the Medical certificate (according to the sample approved by the Ministry of Health, work and social protection) issued based on entries in the Medical record of the outpatient (Form No. 025/e)".

2. In the Order of the Government No. 1152/2008 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for providing with free sanatorium permits in sanatorium organizations and payments of monetary compensation instead of these permits to the persons which were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, and the staff of divisions of extra risk, the patients with radiation sickness or became persons with limited opportunities (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 187-188, 1156), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 2 of the resolution the text "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family and the Ministry of Health" to replace with the text "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection";

2) in the Provision:

a) in all text the text "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" and words "Ministry of Health" in any case to replace with the text "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in the corresponding case;
