About modification of the Procedure for conducting checks of activities of issuers of securities

According to Items 9 and 9-1 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Procedure for conducting checks of activities of issuers of securities approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of September 4, 2012 No. 1178, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 24, 2012 for No. 1643/21955, the following changes:

1) to Add the Section with new Item of the following content:

"3. Checks can be planned, unplanned, exit, not eligible to travel abroad.".

2) In the Section II:

Item 1 in paragraph five after words "registered mail" to add with the words "or funds of electronic communication for the address specified in the annual statement";

in Item 2:

in subitem 3 "directly" to exclude the word;

in subitem 9 to exclude the word "and", shall be replaced with words the word of "unauthenticity" "doubtful data";

in the paragraph the thirteenth ambassador of the word "Unplanned" to add with the words "and planned", after the word "unplanned" the words "and budget";

add with the new subitem of the following content:

"10) lack of reliable data of rather actual location, including, return of correspondence";

Item 3 to state subitem 3.1 in the following edition:

"3.1. For conducting check by Control facility the working group as a part of the head and workgroup members is formed (further - working group). The order on conducting check (further - the order) in duplicate is issued to the head of working group (appendix 1).".
