1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 20, 2015 No. 106 "About approval of Rules of the organization and functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy" (it is registered in the Register of state registration and regulatory legal acts for No. 10531) the following amendments:

in the Rules of the organization and functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy approved by the specified order:

The power making organization does not refuse or does not evade from the conclusion of the contract with the certain buyers of electrical energy in the wholesale market having the contract with the single purchaser for rendering service in ensuring readiness of electric power for execution of loading in the presence of free for leave in network of electric power of own generating installations, information on which is placed by the power making organization on the Internet resource, following the results of the centralized biddings by electrical energy, and also unreasonably does not reduce production volume of electrical energy, including hour, or does not stop production of electrical energy on which there are demand and orders of consumers.
