According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2006 "About amnesty in connection with legalization of property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of registration of the rights to the parcels of land legalized according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About amnesty in connection with legalization of property".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to publication.

1. General provisions

1. These rules of registration of the rights to the parcels of land legalized according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About amnesty in connection with legalization of property" (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2006 "About amnesty in connection with legalization of property (далееЗакон), the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and regulate procedure for registration of the rights to the parcel of land legalized according to the Law.

2. Rules extend to the parcels of land which are in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the property rights or land use which are not drawn up according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
