About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of development of communities and the territories of Ukraine

Make change to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the development of communities and the territories of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 30, 2014 No. 197 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 51, Art. 1345; 2019, No. 78, the Art. 2697), having added with its subitem 13-1 of the following content:
"13-1) determines with Minsotspolitiki's participation and public organizations of persons with disability the level of availability to persons with disability and other handicapped national groups of subjects to housing-and-municipal and public appointment and brings central and to local executive bodies, local government bodies of the offer on creation of the free vital circle;".
