1. Determine that concerning contracts, data on which execution are included in the register of contracts containing the data which are the state secret (further - the register of contracts), till January 1, 2022:

the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) has the right to send to the customer inquiry for provision of the statement about the contracts included in the register data concerning the performed such supplier (the contractor, the contractor) of the contract (further - the statement);

the customer, in case of authorization by him according to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation about the state mystery of provision to the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) of the statement, no later than 3 working days following behind day of receipt of request of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) constitutes the statement in the form approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation;

the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) sends with observance of requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the state secret the statement to the Federal Treasury;

The Federal Treasury no later than 3 working days following behind day of receipt of the statement directed by the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) puts down on it mark about compliance to information containing in it to the data included in the register of contracts and sends to the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) with observance of requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the state secret the statement with the specified mark or in case of lack of information containing in the statement in the register of contracts or in case of its discrepancy to the data included in the register of contracts returns the statement to the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) with indication of return reason;
