Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 21, 1994 No. 69-FZ "About fire safety" (The Russian Federation Code, 1994, No. 35, Art. 3649; 2003, No. 2, Art. 167; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2006, No. 44, Art. 4537; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3593; 2009, No. 29, Art. 3635; No. 45, Art. 5265; 2011, No. 1, Art. 54; No. 30, Art. 4590; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4360; 2016, No. 1, Art. 68; No. 15, Art. 2066; 2017, No. 22, Art. 3069; No. 27, Art. 3938; 2018, No. 45, Art. 6824; 2020, No. 52, Art. 8600) following changes:

1) in Article 3 part three:

a) in the paragraph the twelfth the words "performance of works and rendering services" shall be replaced with words "activities implementation";

b) in the paragraph the thirteenth "activities in the field of fire safety (further - licensing)" shall be replaced with words words "separate types of activity";

2) in Article 16 part one:

a) to state the paragraph of the twenty second in the following edition:

"development of the regulatory legal acts approved by the Government of the Russian Federation setting fire prevention regime and determining requirements to equipment of subjects to protection which are put into operation or the project documentation on which is directed to examination about day of entry into force of the Federal Law of July 22, 2008 to No. 123-FZ "The technical regulation about requirements of fire safety", automatic installations of fire extinguishing, system of the fire alarm, the warning system and managements of evacuation of people in case of the fire;";
