1. Take into consideration that:
a) according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 6, 2021 No. UP-6199 "About Measures for Further Enhancement of System of Public Administration in Spheres of Tourism, Sport and Cultural Heritage" in executive structure of the Cabinet of Ministers:
the eliminated post of the deputy prime minister - the chairman of the State committee on tourism development is also entered the deputy prime minister's position - the minister of tourism and sport;
The secretariat concerning development of sport and tourism is renamed into the Secretariat concerning tourism, sport, culture and mass communications and the total extreme number of its managerial personnel is determined in number of 15 units. At the same time in addition allocated 3 established posts are created due to reducing number of employees of the Ministry of physical culture and sport and the State committee on tourism development;
