"4. The parcels of land from lands of agricultural purpose located at distance no more than thirty kilometers from borders of rural settlements cannot be used for the purposes which are not connected with needs of agricultural industry and agricultural production, except for constructions, reconstruction and operation of linear objects according to Item 2 of this Article and implementation of activities, stipulated in Item 3 these Articles.".

Article 2

Bring in part 4 of Article 114 of the Forest code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 50, Art. 5278; 2018, No. 53, Art. 8464) following changes:

1) in Item 1 of the word "1, 2 and 4" shall be replaced with words "1 and 4";

To add 2) with item 4 of the following content:

"4) implementation of types of activity in the field of hunting economy if implementation of the specified types of activity involves carrying out cabins of forest plantings or creation of objects of hunting infrastructure.".
