The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. According to article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021" to perform distribution of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of Finance in the general fund of the government budget according to the program 3511380 "The measures connected with fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects" by transfer to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of part of budget settings in the amount of 800000 thousand hryvnias and their establishment:

To the office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the amount 71599, 9 thousand hryvnias (consumption expenses, from them compensation - 58952 thousand hryvnias) for surcharge implementation to health workers of the healthcare institutions relating to the sphere of Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs who are directly engaged at works on liquidation of disease of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus;

To the State Border Service in the amount of 30807 thousand hryvnias (consumption expenses, from them compensation - 25935 thousand hryvnias) for implementation of surcharge by the serviceman which provide life activity of the population during action of the quarantine established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus to health workers of healthcare institutions which are directly engaged at works on liquidation of disease of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus;
