About modification of rates of service fee on aeronautical servicing of aircrafts in airspace of Ukraine

1. Make changes to the Rates of service fee on aeronautical servicing of aircrafts in airspace of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of June 4, 2019 No. 415, registered on July 10, 2019 for No. 761/33732, having been reworded as follows them which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. (Kushpil D.) to provide to management of the air transportation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To provide to department of external communications promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. Items 3, of 4 Rates of service fee on aeronautical servicing of the aircrafts in airspace of Ukraine approved by this order are effective till November 1, 2021.
