I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 19, 2018 No. 236 "About approval of Rules of registration or refusal in registration of the passenger customs declaration" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 16483, it is published on March 15, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes and amendments:

in the Rules of registration or refusal in registration of the passenger customs declaration approved by the specified order:

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Registration of the passenger customs declaration electronically (except for the passenger customs declaration before implementation of its electronic version) is made for express loads by assignment of such declaration of the registration number created by information system of body of state revenues according to Item 5 of these rules.";

add with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. In case of submission of the passenger customs declaration for express loads on paper the authorized officer registers it in the magazine of registration of passenger customs declarations for express loads in paper and (or) electronic type in form according to appendix to these rules, with putting down of registration number in the left upper corner of the specified declaration.";

add with appendix according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
