1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About standard rates of mandatory reserve requirements for banks" of March 13, 2019 No. 2019-P-07/10-2-(DKP) the following changes:

- in the subitem 3 of Item 2-1 of the word "in Item 2 of this resolution" shall be replaced with words "in this subitem.";

- add with Items 2-2 and 3-1 of the following content:

"2-2. To calculate the Somovy equivalent of assets in the form of gold on metal bank account in National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic on the last fixing of the London association of the market of precious metals, calculated through cross-rate of the official US dollar exchange rate established by National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic to som the day preceding day of preparation of reports.";

"3-1. To perform accomplishment on daily basis of the minimum threshold level from amount of required reserves at the expense of means on correspondent account of bank in National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and assets in the form of gold on the depersonalized metal bank account in National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
