About procedure for distribution and use of means of sports lotteries
For the purpose of streamlining of distribution and use of the means received from implementation of tickets of sports lotteries, the Government of the Republic Kyrgyzstan decides:
1. Determine that 50 percent of the means received from implementation of tickets of sports lotteries go for payment of prizes, 8 percent - to the State committee of the Republic Kyrgyzstan on physical culture, sport and support of the national Olympic Movement.
2. Grant the right to the State committee of the Republic Kyrgyzstan on physical culture, sport and support of the national Olympic Movement on the contract with the Republican company of sports lotteries to establish further the amount of assignments from implementation of tickets of sports lotteries. Taking into account it the Republican company of sports lotteries performs quarterly money transfer to the State committee of the Republic Kyrgyzstan on physical culture, sport and support of the national Olympic Movement.
3. Permit to allocate funds from carrying out sports lotteries for financing of construction, reconstruction and capital repairs of sports constructions, the building of educational institutions, educational and training bases, irrespective of departmental accessory, acquisition for them of stock, holding sporting and sports and mass events, educational training camps and content of educational and training bases, and also for financing of programs of preparation of sports reserves.
The procedure and the amount of distribution of the specified means are determined by the State committee of the Republic Kyrgyzstan on physical culture, sport and support of the national Olympic Movement.
4. Declare invalid Item 5 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic Kyrgyzstan of April 24, 1991 N 173 "About creation of fund of development of physical culture and sport of the State committee of the Republic Kyrgyzstan on physical culture and sport".
