1. Bring in the Regulations on features of participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities, annual amount of such purchases and procedure of payments of the specified amount approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "About features of participation of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship in purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 51, Art. 7438; 2016, No. 2, Art. 327; No. 31, Art. 5033; No. 51, Art. 7405), following changes:

a) state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. For implementation of purchases according to the subitem "b" of item 4 of this provision customers approve the inventory, works, services. At the same time implementation of purchase of goods, works, the services included in such list at any persons including which are not subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship is allowed.";

b) in Item 19 of figure "400" to replace with figures "800".

2. This resolution becomes effective since October 1, 2021.
