About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning enhancement of separate aspects of declaring

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 49, Art. 2056 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1) in Article 25:

2 parts one to add Item with the words "except the case provided by paragraph one of part two of this Article";

after part one to add with new part of such content:

"2. Person appointed (favourites) to the position specified in Item of 1 part one of article 3 of this Law shall no later than 15 working days from the date of appointment (election) to position perform the actions directed to the termination of business activity and the termination of its powers in board, other executive or regulatory authorities, the supervisory board of the company or the organization which aims at profit earning (except cases if person performs functions on management of shares (shares, shares), belonging to the state or territorial community, and represents the interests of the state or territorial community in council (supervisory board), audit committee of the economic organization) if other is not provided by the Constitution or the laws of Ukraine.

2) in Article 36:

Persons specified in Item 1, the subitem "an" of Item 2 parts one of article 3 of this Law shall within 60 days after appointment (election) to position transfer to the control to other person the companies and corporate laws belonging to them according to the procedure, established by the law.
