About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Regulatory Legal Acts"

Article 1. No. ZR-180 "About regulatory legal acts" (further - the Law) after the word "internal" to add Item 6 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law of March 21, 2018 with the word "(local)", and after the word "labor" - the words "civil".

Article 2. In article 6 of the Law:

Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 2 words "in the ministry (further-the ministry)" "agency on examination of legal acts of the ministry (further - the ministry)";

2) in part 7 the word "ministry" shall be replaced with words "agency on examination of legal acts of the ministry".

Article 3. In article 7 of the Law:

1) part 1 to recognize invalid;

2) the first offer of part 2 after words of "settlement rate" to add with the words "and countercyclical threshold of the capital of banks", and after the word "projects" - words ", drafts of sublegislative regulatory legal acts on redistribution state and local authority budgets, and also about the actions providing accomplishment of the budget, drafts of sublegislative regulatory legal acts about creation, reorganization and liquidation of private companies with the absolute share belonging to the state by the property right and the state non-profit organizations".

Article 4. To add article 10 of the Law with part 4 following of content:

"4. Appendices to the legal acts adopted in the field of civil aviation by the Government, and also body authorized to adopt legal acts in the field of civil aviation, can be also stated in foreign language.".
