About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning renaming of Social Security Fund of disabled people and reduction of terminology in compliance with the legislation in the field of social protection of persons with disability

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the text of the Law of Ukraine "About bases of social security of persons with disability in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1991, No. 21, of Art. 252 with subsequent changes) the words "Social Security Fund of Disabled People" in all cases shall be replaced with words "Social Security Fund of persons with disability" in the corresponding case.

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 24, Art. 243 with subsequent changes):

in part three of Article 24-1 of the word of "Social Security Fund of disabled people of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "Social Security Fund of persons with disability";

in the text of the Law of the word of "Social Security Fund of disabled people" shall be replaced with words "Social Security Fund of persons with disability".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
