About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About highways" concerning approval of its provisions of the changes brought in the legislation of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About highways" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 51, Art. 556; 2011, No. 23, Art. 160) following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in Article 2 of the word "About Concessions on Construction and Operation of Highways" "About local public administrations", "About concession";
2) in part one of Article 15 of the word "the laws of Ukraine "On concessions", "About concessions on construction and operation of highways" shall be replaced with words "the Law of Ukraine "On concession";
Shall be replaced with words 3) in part one of Article 40 of the word "About Concessions on Construction and Operation of Highways" "About concession".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
