About modification of the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 30, of 35, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of ensuring stable activities of banks and timely accomplishment of obligations to investors and other creditors by them the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the subitem "b" of Item 1.4 of Chapter 1 of the Section II:

in paragraph six of figure and the word "June 30" to replace with figures and the word "December 31";

in paragraph seven of figure and the word "December 31, 2021" to replace with figures and the word "June 30, 2022";

2) in Item 1.4 of Chapter 1 of the Section IV:

in the subitem to replace 4 figures and the word "June 30" with figures and the word "December 31";

in the subitem of the 5th figure and the word "December 31, 2021" to replace with figures and the word "June 30, 2022".

2. To department of methodology of regulation of activities of banks (Natalya Ivanenko) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
