About modification of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine concerning provision prolongation to the Ukrainian airlines of transition period for use of airplanes of national production
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. The Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine (2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with Item 4-4 of the following content:
"4-4. Temporarily, till December 31, 2024, can be placed in customs regime of temporary import with conditional full relief from taxation by customs payments and without ensuring the obligation fulfillment on customs payment provided by the Section X of this Code, airplanes weighing empty equipped device over 10000 kg, but no more than 30000 kg and with a maximum passenger capacity from 44 to 110 places which are imported on customs area of Ukraine by the Ukrainian airlines under agreements of operational leasing.
For action of this Item of provision of part one of article 105 of this Code regarding restriction of the room in customs regime of temporary import with conditional full relief from the taxation with customs payments of airplanes weighing empty equipped device over 10000 kg, but no more than 30000 kg and with a maximum passenger capacity from 44 to 110 places which are imported on customs area of Ukraine by the Ukrainian airlines under agreements of operational leasing are not applied".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine during creation of the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine for 2022 to provide financing from the government budget of the State target scientific and technical development program of the aviation industry for 2021-2030 in the amounts necessary for renewal of full-scale serial production of civilian airliners in Ukraine, development of production of helicopters, creations of conditions for preserving market share of air transportation for domestic manufacturers.
