1) in Article 3.5:

a) Item 2 parts 1 after the word "transactions" to add with the words "or cash amount, the electronic instruments of payment translated without opening of the bank account with use provided by foreign payment service providers or the amount of the means enlisted on the electronic instrument of payment provided by the foreign payment service provider for the accounting period";

b) part 3 after the word "transactions" to add with the words "or the cash amounts translated without opening of the bank account with use of the electronic instruments of payment provided by foreign payment service providers or the amounts of the means enlisted on the electronic instrument of payment provided by the foreign payment service provider for the accounting period";

2) in Article 15.25:

a) in part 1:

"1.1. Non-presentation by the resident in tax authority of the report on money transfers without opening of the bank account with use of the electronic instruments of payment provided by foreign payment service providers if submission of such report is obligatory, -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens, officials and legal entities in the amount of 20 to 40 percent of the amount of the means enlisted on the electronic instrument of payment provided by the foreign payment service provider for the accounting period.";

c) the paragraph one of part 6 after the word of "Federation" to add with the words "or about money transfers without opening of the bank account with use of the electronic instruments of payment provided by foreign payment service providers";

d) the paragraph one of part 6.1 after the word of "Federation" to add with the words "or about money transfers without opening of the bank account with use of the electronic instruments of payment provided by foreign payment service providers";
